Celebrating Israel's 64th Birthday!

We board our plane to Israel with Charlie as the pilot.  (We drew names to see who would have this position!)
We're in the kibbutz area now, the first stop on our visit.
The children loved being able to get up close and pet the animals.  There was even a new baby calf.
Second stop --  the beach at Eilat.
Digging for fossils and treasures just like an archeologist
The Israeli museum, a spot where the children could discover foods made or packaged in Israel.
Jonah noticed all the Hebrew letters on the packages of food while Lukas in the background, is working on a giant puzzle of the Israeli flag.
Stamping   Hebrew letters on paper...
and some of us stamped ourselves instead of the paper!
Jaffa orange juice is delicious....work those muscles to squeeze some to drink.
Writing messages to place in the Wall.
Visiting all those cities is very tiring so we are taking a break!
Ready to celebrate Israel's 64th birthday with music and dancing
A joyful end to a great day !
