Make a Matzah...... Flat, Flat, Flat !

Jeanne helped to facilitate our own version of a matzah factory.

Spreading out the flour so the dough won't stick.

Shaping pounding and rolling the dough to make it flat.

Pricking holes with a fork and now the matzah is ready for the oven!
